The nurse practitioner promised to call in a rx for a medication, but did not. I called x 3, a week later, and reminded her of her promise and still she did not call in a rx medication that I could afford. I am self pay, I do not have any insurance, cannot afford it and the company that I work for, does not offer it in the job that they hired me to do. The nurse practitioner performed a thyroid blood test but did not bother to discuss with me that I would have to pay for it and how much it would cost ($53.00 per the Solstas lab which billed me later). I think this was most inconsiderate of her and I do not appreciate her behavior at all. She as well as her staff are very inconsiderate of what they told me as regards the above, arranging a mammogram testing (which was never done by them). I will see another physician in future, regardless of the cost. This last visit cost me $85.00+.
P.S. I have yet, over 2 weeks now, to hear from them regarding the results of the blood thyroid test that was drawn via there office staff.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
