When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

office more than acceptable in all areas : staff good and helpful : family will be there when needed. not rushed : waiting room wait could be shorter.

I do feel that this Dr. is very competent, however I feel this physician is less than forthcoming when dealing with the claims.He offered to give me a "office credit" and I only wanted the claim to be filed correctly. He told my insurance company that I had been rude when dealing with his staff and that I should find another provider. I never had any conversation other than checking in or out with his staff and do not appreciate the fabricated innuendo. I also hope that his office person finds a job which her employer will not put her in the position to "back him up".
This all resulted from a claim issue which I had two previous conversations with the Dr. directly. Not his staff. I have never been anything but polite when dealing with this office. I will however find another physician for me and my family as he suggested. I guess he really hated to return money to my insurance company and this was his way to retaliate against me.
