They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
