They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They usually answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
