Dr. Schutte is the best doctor in this office. I wouldn't recommend seeing Dr. Hughes who didn't look at my results for over a week. The staff at Dr. Schutte's office is simply horrible. I've been dealing with a repeat lab test that they were supposed to pay for for the last 4 months. It's gotten to a point where I receive harassing phone calls from their corporate billing department saying that they will give my account to a collection agency. The person responsible to pay for the bill is Dr. Schutte's office as they didn't collect enough cells for my first test. I think I might end up paying for the repeat test just to get this over with and change practitioners. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I don't know if doctors are aware of their patients experience at the office but I hope Dr. Schutte reads this and takes charge. I won't recommend this experience to any one.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Dr. Schutte has a surprisingly wide range of experience and knowledge. I am a guy that would typically go to specialists for everything, but Dr. Schutte has been able to take care of all my medical needs for several years now. She and her staff are very helpful and accomodating.
