Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. As my X-primary care physician, Dr Rabkins off. called me and said I needed to make a follow up appt after my surgery. I did. They basically asked how did everything go? I said fine. That question cost me a deductable & co-pay. (god knows what she charged my insurance co.). She never even asked to see my incision site! My wife still uses her. Her phone # gets transfered to other places of buis. & is very difficult to reach a compitant person. after calling her office (or should I say offices) they still called her script in to the wrong pharmacy

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
