This doctor is a buffoon. His staff needs remedial training for how to manage office affairs.

This is about the dumbest doctor office ever! They know nothing about insurance, trying to tell me I owe $115.00 instead of my copay because the deductible was not met...What idiots! You always have a copay, you do NOT pay a deductible first before copay kicks in like this office says....Dumbest people ever to be working in a Dr's office!

Stay away if you are thinking to have a vein treatment with Dr. Kent. Mine went completely off because the procedure was not done correctly, and the follow up was off as well. I found out all of this by seeking second and third opinion after my veins got way worse following his treatment. Follow up was a fluke as well, and I was told at least one of the veins got closed. It did not! He suggested even foam injection to correct the blew up and the extension of the veins. Can't imagine what might have happened if I actually followed his suggestion. Not competent in this area! His equipment is not up to date as well from what I am seeing now in other practices.
