They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

Nadine (the nurse) was RUDE and hung up on me. Everytime I had to do blood pressure, she would be rude and make me more nervous than I already was without sympathy or compassion. I waited weeks to get a callback for blood results and then after calling twice, I finally got a call - and was told I had to come in. When I asked if something was wrong, all she could say was that there is nothing in red - so they appear to be within normal. I told her I was relocating and needed to get in prior to the date she gave me and she said that I can just have my records transferred when I get a new doctor. They wont let me know anything about my blood results unless I make an appointment.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

I did not have health insurance, so I paid $108 in cash for a 10 minute meeting with the doctor. I waited a solid 50 minutes in the waiting room (there were only two people in there). I was sick with a cold (cough, sore throat, stuffy nose etc.) but it had been a while since I had been to a doctor so I also wanted to refill my prescriptions. She would only issue me on prescription for one month for birth control which doesn't really help me. I've taken it for several years now, not sure why only one month can be issued. She didn't really analyze me for the illness very well. I told her I was taking some old prescription to help with it but could not quite remember the name. She tossed something out, and I said "I think that might be it," so she just scribbled a prescription for that, and then went on to tell me how much blood work and pap smears would cost in order for me to be issued more birth control. I explained I did not have insurance and couldn't afford to do that. Why do I need blood work to get more than one prescription for birth control?

The medicine didn't work, and when I called back asking her to prescribe a different medication, they wouldn't do so unless I came back, and spent another $108. I had the same symptoms as the first time.

She just wanted my money. Her nurse was very nice, but that's really all I have to say about this place. The long wait was because the bathroom broke, which I am not entirely sure how it relates to patient care. I wanted to go to a doctor, and not just a clinic but I guess I'll get better attention there.
