Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update it a little more. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I usually look for more in a doctor. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The staff discouraged my asking any questions. They brushed me off. I called
mid-day on a Friday...I needed to see the Dr. that day...I left a message
and did NOT get a call back****till Monday a.m....Which really ticked me
off.....and caused me to go to an Urgent Care on Friday to be tended to.
I don't call this good service.....

Office staff is very rude and poor. Resolving issues over the phone is a nightmare. Everything is rushed both on the phone and when seeing the doctor. Check-In at the office is much too cumbersome

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, there weren't many to choose from

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
