Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office.

IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS EITHER. GETTING PRESCRIPTIONS FROM THEM IS ALSO VERY, VERY DIFICULT. TODAY I STOOD AT THEIR RECEPTION DESK FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE WOMEN EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS STANDING THERE.WHEN I SAID SOMETHING TO THE WOMAN SHE LATER CAME OUT AND SAID THEY WERE DISCHARGING ME BECAUSE I WAS APPARENTLY NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY DID ME A FAVOR, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!!

I went in with a serious problem that they thought wasn't worth there time to help ease or correct. Needed a refill on my blood pressure medication and they took me off it and refused to refill it after I had been on it for 10 years. They said my blood pressure was fine, but then not more than two days later I was in the hospital because of their lack of research. Almost died thanks to them not refilling my blood pressure medicine, and when I called to tell them I was having health problems because of it, for one it took 3 days to get back to me after numerous calls to them and then they said there was nothing they could do for me. I would recommend them if 'only' you were suicidal and even then I think they would screw that up. The worst doctor and nurses I have ever dealt with in my life. Thank goodness I am still here to write about it.
