I just love Dr Ubani. She is very patient, I consider myself to be a hypochondriac, so I am always at the drs office, she does all necessary tests, asks questions. I really honestly can't complain about her or her nurse practitioner. My only issue is front office, and I am not even sure this is entirely their fault. I MUST call several times before I get someone on the phone. I kid you not, I have sometimes invested at least an hour in one day trying to reach some, their lines are always busy, and when you finally get someone they place you on hold for at least 5-10 minutes at a time. That drives me nuts, So I don't know if the doctor needs to add more phone lines, or what solutions are possible, I have complained before. The establishment is very clean and orderly, they have a pharmacy in the building as well, where you can fill prescriptions before you leave; thats VERY convenient. The staff is friendly and polite when you finally get to speak with one over the phone, and even nicer in person. Thats my two cents.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
