Dr. Kappeler's medical knowledge, in my opinion, is questionable. He ordered blood work for me, a female. The phlebotomist told me he ordered a PSA test, and even I KNOW I don't have a prostate!! He orders tests and never informs you of the results unless you call and make an appointment to get them. Additionally, when I was out of state and needed a prescription refill, his receptionist told me there would be a $10.00 charge unless I came into the office. Needless to say, he is no longer our family doctor!
