I tried to make an emergency appointment for my wife on a Monday morning who had been having back spasms and back pain all weekend. I was simply told "no" we can't see her this morning. Not a "sorry we are really busy and booked up this morning" or "the doctor is not in this morning" just "no"!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
