No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
