The doc's nurse is careless and could care even less about patients. I should not have to beg for a completed PA form to be sent to my insurance company, yet I did, and she unenthusiastically completed it only after I lost my composure . I do not recommend only because of his nurse.

The office staff was horribly rude, and they all seemed unconcerned and unphased that a patient who had been seen the day prior to calling was experiencing increasing illness symptoms. They were insistent on the demeanor of rushing me off the phone, because as they said, it was a Friday afternoon at 4:30, & they were getting ready to complete their paperwork and leave the office. They were totally impolite and inconsiderate. They were unhelpful and pompous; adding insult to injury. I was told there was no on call emergency/ after hours physician associated within that practice
to consult with me concerning my medical issues. I was never treated so horrendously by a medical physician's office personnel in all my entire experiences with doctors' care. A medical patient should feel comfortable, be greeted as well as consistently treated with manners and cordial behavior from a professional staff. I have been to a dentist's office in which I felt I was at a spa experience. This Family Practice office and nursing staff is the polar opposite of a friendly crew.
