I had to wait an hour after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They did not give me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The doctor was abrupt and even angry with my insurance questions. I had to repeat my questions to the receptionist and doctor several times. I was sent to a specialist for a diagnosis and returned to this doctor for follow-up. I was treated rudely and left the office in tears. I WOULD NOT recommend this doctor AT ALL!!!

Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

I feel that this Dr. truly loves what she does. She helped me navigate a very complicated situation and provided all of the support and guidance I needed. She coordinated my care and was quick to call one the specialists involved in my case. I feel like she treated me as if I were family-making sure I got the best possible care. Bravo Dr. Jeanne!
