The Medical Network for this doctor is very slow. I have had numerous times that it took forever for my refills to be called. You are answered by an answerign service and so you cannot speak directly with a nurse or doctor. There doctor does not get to know you and will write a script and send you on your way.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
