Their staff is friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I felt Dr. Sullivan listened and responded professionally, with understanding and compassion. Dr. Sullivan was recommended by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend her to another. My situation was extremely dire and required immediate attention and follow-up. Definitely not the norm for me. My husband - who accompanied me on my recent semi-emergency trip - even remarked that he thought she was very good. That's an A+ in my book!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
