I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They answered some of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Doctor was very brief and just prescribed drugs...Didnt follow up at all to see how they helped or didnt...Never notified family or employer of med prescribed....Which was suspose to be done to help monitor...Will not return to this doctor...as it has been 4 month and he has never contacted me.....or family .....

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly, and made me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. My experience from this doctors office leaves me with a feeling that I am just another source of income and not a human with questions/needs.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
