This Dr. is never in the office, always our for a week or two weeks every month. No warning for his pts he will be gone so when you run out of medication you suffer. Staff not helpful about what to do when out of medication and Dr not there to fill the prescription. Have waited up to 3 hours in waiting room after making appt. and then Dr. only spends 3 mins with me and talks on the phone to his wife during visit. Dr. also unable to make appt. for 3 months in advanced . Not able to see Dr. when sick with cold or flu. Staff tells sick pts. to go to urgent care!!! bet insurance companies love that!!!!! pharmacy in town has informed me they never get calls back from him and can never reach him for prescription issues.

My wife and I have been patient's of Dr Chu for many years. His background in pharmacology as well as medicne is a plus, as he seems to know, and stays on top, the latest developments in prescriptions..Great service, great staff, and they always make accomodations to get you in if if other than rotuine visit is required..
