I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. I wish they had put more thought into patient/customer service.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Dr. McCarty is a wonderful family doctor. He and his staff are like a family. They can usually get you in the same day. I just thoroughly enjoy Dr. McCarty and his staff, they are great people!!
