When my family doctor,(Dr. Pultz) retired and passed, I had a really hard time finding someone to replace Him. Dr. Pultz was my doctor when I was young and continued to see my whole family. I had seen many before I found his replacement in Dr.Passias and Sherry. Do to some not so good experiences in this field, it is nice to feel good to have the right Doctor to fill his shoes. Dr. Passias and his staff are great! fast service, always smiling, and making sure that you have everything you need before you leave. Dr. Passias is very caring and will listen to your thoughts, and never makes you feel like he is in a hurry, Dr. Passias will go out of his way to make sure you are getting the best care and medical needs filled, and if he cant fix it, he will find a great personm who can. it is hard to find that kind of dedications now days.

Seems like all Dr. John Passias does is constantly refer you to other doctors for different test and not one of them ever came up with a different treatment. I don't know if he gets bonuses for referrals, but it certainly seems so. Pick another Doctor and avoid a lot of hassles.

I have visited the office of Dr. Passias on several occasions and every time I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Passias was extremely thorough with my examination, and he took the extra time to ask questions that all other physicians would normally not ask. The nurses and office staff were very personable and treated me kindly and respectfully. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend Dr Passias to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
