i have been a patient of this office for close to 20 years. however i have not been sick for 4-5 years now and suddenly i am passing blood in my urine. i make a call to the doctors office only to be told they can't see me for 16 days because i suddenly am now considered to be a new patient. i got news for this this office, blod in urine is a big problem not a wait 16 days and we'll see you. typical american health care. absolute no concern for a patients well-being. only want us coming back every few months to fatten their bank accounts. and heaven help us if we need them and haven't been to see them in over three years. if i am going to wait 16 days, you can bet i'll find anotherr doctor now!!

They are nice but usually overbooked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments to be more considerate of their patients. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
