Dr. Reynolds is far and away the best primary care physician around. He takes all the time necessary to understand and explain your medical issues and subsequent labs. You can tell by his sincere demeanor that he has your health as his primary concern. Unlike the other reviews I found the wait time in his office to be minimal (5 to 10 minutes).

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
