Went to Radhika for immigration health examination for myself and my wife. Radhika won't (actually refuses to) give a bill for the service she provides. Only takes cash, so must NOT be paying any taxes on this income.

We have called her office repeatedly 5-6 times and they have flat out refused to give us a bill for the service. DO NOT GO.

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say and laughed at me when I brought up medical issues. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I will never go back here, and oddly enough, they've never called me to check on my status after I stopped going here.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
