They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The doctor needs to smile and spend more time with the patient. She seems to be in a hurry to get away once her examination is done.
Dont feel comfortable with her.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
