They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. What I don't like is I have to call for test results and it always seems like the office is closed or they are out to lunch! It takes them a while to get back to me. I like the dr. but the office staff leaves some to be desired.
