I truly hope that no person wastes their time by going to Dr. Carter! My family member--who had a serious stroke in her lifetime and has difficulty understanding somethings--was called by someone on his staff, and the staff member simply told her that she had a health condition. This INCONSIDERATE, THOUGHTLESS staff member did NOT even explain this condition or take the time to spell it out for her to do some research on!! I RESPECTFULLY called Dr. Carter's office to find out what exactly she had since my family member could not recall the name, and NURSE COMPLAINED TO ME THAT I CALLED TOO MANY TIMES (when I only called once)! In conclusion, Dr. Carter nor his staff help patients with disabilities! His staff is rude, inconsiderate, and heartless.
