Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Doctor Mark Wein was a fantastic doctor. Very comforting and knowledgeable. I would go see him every time I needed a doctor if it wasn't for a few of the women at the front desk. When I call to make an appointment, they are always "closed for lunch" even when it's 45 minutes past the time the recording says that they will be closed. I have a very hard time getting anyone to answer the phone. Also, when I do get through, the same women always says "You'll have to call back to make an appointment, we're very busy right now" or "our system is down, call back tomorrow". When you're sick, you don't always want to have to "CALL BACK". If Doctor Wein could get new efficient people to handle his scheduling, I would see him every time.

Dr Wein has help myself and my family tremendously. He isn't one to just throw you on medication to see if it helps. He prefers to run tests and have you see specialists to verify if you have any conditions.

His staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Quick with a funny comment to ease any tension you may be feeling. I feel welcomed and safe at this facility.
