Completely!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
In all my visits, though I would arrive 10 minutes early, I would still wait for 20-30 minutes in the lobby and another 20 minutes in the examination room, before a doctor would see me.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
