The doctors are good. The phones are never answered. Voice system channels the calls and they are lost. System messages are generally 2-3 months behind. But most frustrating is that the phones are never answered. It is a shame. We switched doctors.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
