I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
