They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here.Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.

Dr. Bussey is great with kids! He listens, cares and shares personal experiences for reassurance. He is prone to not prescribing medications unless absolutely necessary. This is both good and bad.

His office staff is horrible. They are rude and inconsiderate. They will turn a patient away if they are more than 5 minutes late to the appointment.

Love Dr. Bussey. Dislike the staff. Will be switching doctors.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
