They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting.
