They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Beth Anne Adams was a word that rhymes with withch to me! I HATE that evil hearted woman!
