I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time hoping to find a new Primary Care doctor. I spent 10 to 15 minutes witht the nurse and no questions were asked about previous medical history. The EKG was done and I was told the doctor would be there in a few minutes. I waited in the room for over 45 mins and not once did anyone pop in to acknowledge that I was even there. Twice I heard voices in the hallway and someone asked if anyone was in the room. Both times I heard someone say yes. So I waited like an idiot thinking the doctor was coming in. So from 3pm to 4:30 pm was a complete waste of my time and now I still need to search for a new PCP Dcotor. Thanks for nothing. I wouldn't even let him see me when someone told him I was standing at the counter. He tried to play it off telling me he'd see me right now. I told him 90 minutes was long enough to wait and I had already wasted enough time. Didn't even get an appology for them wasting my time! Got my co-pay back and left.
