The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
