Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Dr. Robert MacDonald provides excellent care and attention to detail. He always gets back to us promptly with follow up. His staff is excellent and my family has been under his care now for 15 years. I highly recommend him.
