They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

They always return my phone calls. I always know that I'll get an answer to my question. They were so easy to reach in an emergency. Within 10 or 15 mintues I am getting a call back. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me and my family when we need them the most!! Also their business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Dr Guevara, his son, his wife, everyone in his office - they have all taken great care of our family over the years. Caring, understanding, empathetic. The perfect family practice!
