I have been seeing Dr. Kazaniwskyj for approximately 15 years and she is a wonderful doctor. She is patient and listens and she explains as much as you need her to. I wholeheartedly recommend her. She has moved to a new office in a managed care group which their staff, unfortunately for her patients, is not the greatest. You do not get return calls from the office the same day and I almost always get the recording and not a live person. I am not confident calling the office if I am having an emergent problem. Sometimes,it is over a week before you get any test result calls from the staff (although if you were to look in the MyChart system results are there in a timely manner with doctor's comments. Not everyone has or uses computers for this, however). Her previous private practice staff were amazing and they are sorely missed.. So five stars for Dr. Luba (and Dr. Andrew), not too many for the medical group staff

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
