They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
