I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
