They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. The office staff is not pleasant. They messed up my appointment and made me feel like the one who caused the error. Overall, I am going to find another doctor.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
