The clinic at 3204 n Oak Park offers a horrible service. They schedule appoointments for the wrong date even though it was repeated a number of times. Then they don't call to confirm th appointment so no-one knows that the appointment is for the wrong date. When you show up to what you think is your appointment they insult you and send you away without any attempt to ractify their mistake.
