Patient went in for pain on left side several times. Patient was told to purchase a new bed, another visit patient was told to purchase a new sofa. Keep in mind the Patient had lost 80 pounds in 2 months. Patient was loosing 1 pound a day without trying and was very upset to stomach and not able to eat or hold food down. Patient finally diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic cancer, which had spread to lymph nodes and liver.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
