I had called ahead regarding an order for blood work and they said to come right in. I came in and was greeted by a receptionist who said she had lost the order and would have to recreate. Her desk was a disaster, including the chewed gum she had pasted on top of her disposable drink container. I asked how long I would have to wait and she said she didn't know. I asked if it would be 30 minutes or an hour and she still said she had no idea. I left and had the order for the blood work sent to another agency to be done who got me right in. I will say however that Dr. Allen, Nancy Noble and the rest of the medical staff are awsome. It is just their front office that leaves a lot to be desired.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place has a great staff, and I'll definitely be going back. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. They're willing to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their lab techs are some of the best I've ever had to deal with!
