I am really grateful for Dr. McDermott. He has helped me in so many ways... I never have felt rushed or that I am bothering him. He is pretty to the point, but he is a very caring person in addition to being a very smart man.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
