No. I still haven't talked to them.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
