It's really great to have Dr. Baird as my PCP. I feel so assured that I am in good hands. My previous PCP retired, and he sees Dr. Ken Baird himself! That's all the recommendation I need!!!!

My long time family doctor retired and transfered my records to this Doctor. I made an appointment for annual physical and was given a prescription after that. Later my insurance (which is actually reimbursement account) sent me papers that show double visit charges for both physical and office visit on same day. I contacted the doctor's office and they said their billing is done by someone else. That billing company says they billed what doctor wrote. They both did not reimburse or correct for double billing and my insurance deducted both from my account. I felt I paid twice for the same service.
