The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I had an appointment for 1:45pm and arrived early to fill out paperwork as asked. It was around 2:15pm when I was finally called back by a nurse. I could hear Dr. Tran chatting in the hallway but she didn't manage to see me until after 3pm. She started off by saying that, since I'm a new patient, the point of the appointment was to get a feel for whether we were a good fit. The answer to that was obvious after waiting for almost an hour and a half, so I didn't bother going through with the appointment. That is absolutely unacceptable and I will never return to this office.
